The Linux version uses the Mono library and doesn’t have all features of the Windows version.

Voca 4.3.1 (13/09/2009)

On Windows XP, Voca requires .NET Framework 3.5 or later.

Ubuntu (voca_4.3.1-1_all.deb, 470 K)

Voca for Linux is built on Mono. The following features are not available:

• Playing and recording sounds
• The virtual keyboard and keyboard layout tracking
• Upload word lists from Voca (of course you can still upload word lists at the website)
